This is Travis Pastrana the most insane person to ever sit on a dirt bike. I’m about to show you 13 crazy stunts pulled off by this 22 year old daredevil. Also in case any of you are wondering he is the one in my WW as well. Remember don’t try this at home!

#1 This one is called the cliffhanger. It is done by in-locking your feet undeneath the handlebars and taking the rest of your body off the bike.

#2 The one handed superman seat grab. Definitely one of the craziest, if his hand slips, bye-bye bike.

#3 Laying flat on your bike is a trick called the lazyboy. The lazyboy was created by none other than Travis Pastrana himself; and if you ask me, he still does it the best.

#4 I’m honestly not sure what this one is called, but I hope he holds on to those handlebars for dear life.

#5 I believe this trick is called a crossover, but I’m not sure. I bet it’s hard to hold your legs up and out like that.

#6 The ruler is a crazy stunt and if you lose the handlebars, you’re going to have some serious back pain in the morning.

#7 I call this stunt the faceplant; ouch that’s got to hurt.

#8 I’m not sure what this one is called either, but I call it the run along because it looks like he is running alongside his bike.

#9 This is either a heel clicker or a bar hop, either way I want to know how he supports all of his body weight with one hand.

#10 I gave this stunt the name of throw away because it looks like he’s simply throwing his bike to the side.

#11 The wipeout, this is a trick Travis likes to pull off when you’re least expecting it.

#12 This trick is a trick because it looks like he messed up and is falling, but he’s not. Once again I don’t know the name of this stunt.

#13 Finally, the double backflip. This is a trick that many people know he had done on a practice course. Though Pastrana had never done it on the real dirt. Finally, just a few days ago at X Games 12 best trick competition, he went for it. And he landed it… history in the making!!!

They say 8 cups of water a day and high protien will help you to lose inches around your waste pronto. 30 crunches a day will help speed up the progress. It just sounds so easy, so I’m giving it a try. I challenge you to try it for a few weeks and let me know your results!
