I need to update my Wordpress and I’m skeeeeeered.

Every time I update to a newer version of Wordpress, something goes wonky with my blog. Letters in my previous posts turn into symbols, my categories disappear, things get thrown askew, and that’s no fun. Nope. No fun. Zero, zip, zilch, nada…

I’ve made too many tweaks to the template, I suppose. It only happens with this blog, not my other (practically abandoned) one (Stacy’s Book Reviews).

*sigh*

I’m too tired to mess with it today.

Maybe I’ll update tomorrow. Or next week. …Or, you know, like December of 2011.

I’m so wicked…

A man rang my doorbell a bit ago. He was rather handsome; blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing faded blue jeans with holes in them and a form fitting t-shirt. No shoes, I noticed. And he was wringing his hands as he spoke.

“Hello, ma’am.”

Ma’am?!

“I have to talk to 50 friendly and non-violent people today. Are you of the friendly variety?”

I looked at him and said, “Yeah, but I’m not so sure I fit into the other category.”

He immediately said, “Thank you,” and left.

*giggles wickedly*

And I just so happened to be wearing a t-shirt that read: “Who Cares About Your Problems!”

After the guy left and I closed the door, my daughter said, “You should have told him that you didn’t have time to talk, because you were busy wrapping a body in a blanket.”

LOL!

I just love that girl!
